Wrapping up an amazing 2011… on BBC TV!

As we approach the end of 2011, we’re thrilled to announce that we’ll be appearing on BBC’s annual New Year’s Eve program “Hootenanny” with the legendary U.K. musician, bandleader and television host Jools Holland!  The program will air at 11 p.m., December 31, 2011 until 1 a.m., January 1, 2012 on BBC Two in the UK. We can’t wait to ring in the new year with other talented artists, including Cyndi Lauper, James Morrison, Aloe Blaac, Ruby Turner, Sandie Shaw, Betty Wright, and The Vaccines. You’ll be able to watch the program anywhere in the UK, although it’s not available for streaming anywhere else in the world at this time that we know of, sorry folks! If we figure out how you can watch the program outside of the UK, we’ll let you know.  We really can’t express in words how excited we are to have the opportunity to perform on such a popular show. We’re grateful for being selected, and honored as one of the few American bands to be featured on the program this year.  Thank you again for making 2011 our best yet. We’re blessed with great friends, family, and fans. We appreciate your support, and we hope to keep on pleasin’ ya in 2012!

Rolling through the Middle of Everywhere

What an unforgettable Summer we had… Playing for large crowds all over North America and Europe was a real treat.  One of the highlights was performing for the 2nd year in a row at the legendary Newport Folk Festival… check out a couple of tunes Paste Magazine recorded while we were there!  But we’re excited to hit the road once more.  We’ll be winding our way through the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic, New England, and the Southeast USA this Fall and Winter in support of Middle of Everywhere, our new album that’s getting a great amount of attention (too much attention to list here, but check out what About.com had to say).  For details on our schedule, our tour dates page is always kept up-to-date. And don’t forget you can pick up Middle of Everywhere from all major and independent retail outlets on CD, vinyl, and digital download worldwide, in addition to our online store. If you haven’t had a chance to preview the album, check out a few tracks. There’s also a video for the lead track of the album, “So Long Honeybee, Goodbye.”  Enjoy, and we’ll see you soon!
